These interactive trainings have focused on the most common challenges and questions that were raised concerning the preparation and writing of a project. Workshops and trainings guided the process of project writing starting from the time it began as an idea to eventually be developed into a project that could be sustainable, successful and beneficial alongside a good budget preparation and proper risk analysis.
Short term expertise had been invited from abroad to provide intensive training on PCM and Concept note writing. Alongside these trainings, the CSST have been providing tailor made counseling services according to the needs of the CSOs. The CSST has been flexible in offering these Services in the local area of CSOs or at the CSST Center as appropriate to the issues or challenges identified.
CSST will continue to offer its support and services at both the Project Application and Implementation stage.
The focus of these interactive trainings are to support the CSOs to be able to effectively define the “problem” that they want to contribute to its solution, identify the target beneficiaries, clearly define the relevancy of activities and its sustainability, as well as establish proper budget preparation.
These trainings were offered in interactive workshop formats where attendees were able to work in groups and share their experiences, ideas and visions as well as voice their concerns.
Alongside these trainings offered by short term experts, daily trainings and tailor made counseling services have been continuing since the opening. CSST provides ongoing support during the project implementation as identified by the CSOs themselves. Moreover the CSST supports the development of CSOs by organizing open forums, thematic evenings and trainings.
